One thing I’ve always disliked about Windows 10. The ever continuing addition of always yet another feature no one actually asked for.
It’s completely fine to offer stuff like this as optional downloads, it’s fairly ok still to include some in a fresh install – but adding extras like this in updates and defaulting them on is just evil IMHO.
But I guess Microsoft has at last learned that basically no one ever downloaded their optional widgets on earlier versions, so now they are trying brute force?
